How have things been going in your groups now that you've been at it for a while? (I promise to check back here and read your responses...) The Joseph series will go until the weekend after Easter. Next up is a series on the book of Colossians!

Hey, it's great to see the comments here! How have things gone now that you're several weeks into the study? I'll be preaching on the Joseph story three more weeks, including Palm Sunday. The series will go one week past Easter, that is.

Lent in the Living Room (Diane and Bill Brady)

We also greatly enjoyed the first week of lent in the living room (LILR). We had a good time meeting an getting to know the attendees. The lesson was something out of a daytime soap. 13 kids from 4 moms. No wonder there was sibling rivalry.

We really look forward to next session and am working hard in preparation for the next one.

Great First LLR Bible Study

Each year we lead the LLR bible study, the study provided to us gets better and better. This year's study is the best we have ever had...real study of God's Word. The study included some awesome sharing opportunities, we love the homework, and the participation was incredible. I was so excited about the 1st week that I used (actually taught myself) Visio flowcharting and charted Jacob's descendants (even his only daughter mentioned in the assigned scripture). Also, we printed the map for which we were given the website so that we could use the map for finding the two towns Joseph's brothers traveled and the map was also useful for the rest of the study.

Marty and I cannot wait for next week! My thanks for Steph and Jared for allowing us to use the Library for our weekly study and for Kendra for providing such a wonderful LLR study in order we might better understand God's word.
